As a Travel Consultant, you will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior consultants, as well as engaging in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and personal development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by consistently going above and beyond.
  • Achieving sales and profit targets by maximizing customer bookings.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
  • Training and mentoring junior consultants as a role model.
  • Engaging in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and personal development.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive commission structure, with up to £2,000 per year, as well as other benefits including 20% Coop Food Discount and up to £500 Coop Travel Discount.
