Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead the warehouse team to ensure maximum performance and productivity.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring stock levels are in line with company requirements.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely processing and dispatch of all orders, meeting agreed service level targets.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and regulations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 12 months in a pharmacy environment at a supervisory level.
  • Qualifications: Qualification in Supply Chain management (Level 3).
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy, and ability to interpret and work to KPIs.
