Early Years Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer Assessor to join our Training Academy of Excellence at Childbase Partnership.
This is a field-based position that requires a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years and Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement. Ideally, you will be qualified to at least Level 5 and have experience and knowledge to deliver Leadership and Management apprenticeships.
Key Responsibilities- Travel across our nurseries to assess learners, ensuring guidance and tasks enable learners to fulfill course requirements.
- Identify gaps in learners' knowledge and provide opportunities for growth, considering individual learning styles.
- Successfully use an e-portfolio system to manage learners' progress and work with a Functional Skills Tutor as needed.
- Deliver training to learners at our Head Office or other locations and contribute to the review and evaluation of training courses.
- Engage with learners, colleagues, and external professionals to support learners and maintain an outstanding reputation.
- Plan with the learner and Nursery Management Team to meet Apprenticeship standards and support learners to build a portfolio of evidence.
- Direct learners to resources and liaise with the Functional Skills Tutor, arrange and invigilate exams as necessary.
- Knowledgeable and experienced Trainer Assessor passionate about empowering learners to achieve and excel.
- Self-motivated, able to prioritize workload, and have a keen eye for detail.
- Nurture and inspire those around you, with a desire to consistently strive for excellence.
