As a Community Health Services Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading our pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care and services.

You will be responsible for managing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising pharmacists and supporting them in their roles.
  • Providing guidance on medication management and delivery.
  • Coordinating community outreach programs and charity initiatives.
  • Ensuring efficient supply chain management and inventory control.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience.

Additional benefits include holiday entitlement, buy holiday salary sacrifice scheme, annual bonus up to 20% of annual salary, contributory pension scheme, and more.
