Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and service Sky's cutting-edge products, including Sky Glass, Stream, and Sky Q, in customers' homes.
  • Optimize customers' home entertainment experiences by utilizing advanced testing and diagnostic tools.
  • Provide personalized product demonstrations, ensuring customers get the most out of their Sky services.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their Sky experience.
  • Work a 9-hour rolling rota, including weekends, to meet the demands of our customers.
Requirements:
  • Full UK manual driving license.
  • Ability to work independently in a practical environment with a high level of autonomy.
  • Self-motivation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Interest in technology and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work outdoors and at heights.
