About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Part Time Supervisor to join our Ealing Accessorize store team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and inspiring your team to create an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, demonstrating customer focus and driving excellence in customer service
  • Confidently lead your team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising and window displays to drive sales and foot traffic
  • Support the management team in maximizing commercial opportunities and driving sales growth
  • Promote and deliver piercing services to customers, ensuring a high-quality experience
  • Ensure an inclusive and respectful work environment, promoting equality and kindness among team members
