Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Account Manager to join our team at ESET. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue by engaging with selected Channel Partners and building new business opportunities with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, providing training, education, and support to enhance their engagement with ESET.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective customers, leveraging commercial awareness and technical expertise to drive pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date with ESET's product range and be able to confidently respond to queries and outline the benefits to Channel Partners.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer and reseller information in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in Channel B2B and B2C sales and distribution.
- Strong commercial and technical awareness, with the ability to adapt style to drive differentiation.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, with a strong focus on building rapport with Channel Partners.
- Good self-management, time management, and organizational skills to meet urgent Partner demands.
