Job Overview

Ashford College is seeking an experienced Estates Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall upkeep of the college buildings, ensuring they are clean, tidy and well-maintained.

The role involves performing routine tasks such as cleaning, repairs and minor maintenance, as well as assisting in the implementation of new procedures and systems to improve the efficiency of the Estates service.

We are looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can work independently and as part of a team.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
