The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conducting fire risk assessments and audits for commercial clients across various sectors. They will be responsible for attending client sites, conducting health and safety risk assessments, and providing bespoke documentation and management systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend client sites to conduct health and safety risk assessments and audits
  • Provide customized health and safety documentation and management systems
  • Conduct and create fire risk assessments
  • Develop specific client risk assessments
  • Create health and safety management reports
  • Identify client requirements through site surveys and safety audits
  • Advise and guide personnel on company procedures
  • Ensure client needs and expectations are met
  • Advise on occupational health and safety legislation
  • Conduct health and safety practice audits and inspections
  • Provide training as required for service use
  • Experience in multi-site environments

Key Requirements:

  • Technical consultancy knowledge
  • Engaging health and safety professional with excellent people skills
  • Recognized IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
  • NEBOSH Fire or IFE/IFSM membership desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptable team member

Overview:

This is a home-based role with regional travel. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a fast-growing team and contribute to the development of a positive health and safety culture.

Salary and Benefits:
