Job Title: Clinical Assessor (Nurse Assessor)

Medacs Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Assessor (Nurse Assessor) in Gateshead. As a Clinical Assessor, you will use your clinical knowledge and expertise to assess, discuss, and create detailed reports on how individuals' conditions impact daily living.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct face-to-face and telephone assessments to gather information about individuals' conditions and how they affect daily living.
  • Use your clinical skills to discuss and create detailed reports on the impact of conditions on daily living.
  • Develop and maintain strong report writing and communication skills.
  • Typing proficiency and IT system navigation skills.
  • A commitment to integrity and delivering a high-quality service.
Requirements:
  • Current and unrestricted NMC registration.
  • Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Mental Health Nurse, (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) Registered Nurse (RN, RMN, RNLD)
  • NHS or private healthcare providers)
