We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as Deputy Manager at our purpose-built nursing home in Inverness. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the care and nursing staff
  • Support with clinical audits and ensure clinical records are maintained in line with care inspectorate standards
  • Manage and monitor the delivery of clinical and personal care
Requirements:
  • NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
  • Right to work within the UK
  • Unit Manager experience in a care home setting caring for older people
  • Confident leading, developing and motivating a team of Nurses and HCAs
  • Excellent communication skills
