**Job Description**

We are looking for a talented Lead Educator - English Department to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. As a senior member of staff, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the overall success of the school.

**Responsibilities**

* Teach English to students across Key Stages 3-5.* Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.* Assess student progress and provide feedback to inform future learning.* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum materials.* Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.* **Salary:** £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.

**Requirements**

* A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE).* Experience of teaching English in a school setting.* Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills.* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.* **Location:** Luton, Bedfordshire*
