Job Title: Social and Emotional Support Worker

Location: Telford

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Social and Emotional Support Worker to join our team at a Primary School in Telford. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEND/SEMH needs and be able to adapt their approach to meet the individual needs of each pupil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with SEND/SEMH needs in a Primary School setting
  • Developing and implementing individualised support plans to meet the needs of each pupil
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a holistic approach to pupil support
  • Providing behaviour management and de-escalation techniques to support pupils
