Job Summary:

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly motivated and creative Internal Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through targeted outbound communication and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up with existing clients and database contacts.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate CRM records, tracking all activity and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

  • Creative Background: A degree or equivalent in a creative field such as graphic design or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of bringing projects to a satisfactory and timely conclusion in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Professional customer service approach with an excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Team Player: Strong team player with good organisational and methodical skills.
