  1. Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities.
  2. Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  3. Support classroom teachers in delivering tailored learning activities.
  4. Help students develop independent learning skills.
  5. Assist with personal care needs if required.
  6. Monitor and record student progress.
Required Qualifications:
  1. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  2. Relevant experience working with students with additional needs.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Education: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Experience: Prior experience working with students with additional needs. Knowledge and Skills:
  1. Understanding of different learning styles and strategies.
  2. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  3. Good organisational skills.
  4. Patience and empathy when working with students.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.
  2. First Aid certification.
Working Conditions:
  1. Typical school hours, Monday to Friday.
  2. Work within a classroom setting.
  3. Possible involvement in outdoor activities and school trips.
