Financial Reporting Manager

Ferrero is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to lead customs compliance activities across the UK&I region. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with customs obligations and driving customs optimisation. Your expertise in customs laws and regulations will enable you to evaluate their impact on Ferrero and implement effective solutions to stay ahead of changes.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor customs laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions and provide insights into customs implications and opportunities related to projects, investments, and other initiatives.
- Manage claims related to Group insurance policies and handle litigation concerning damages to minimise costs for the Group.
- Implement and adhere to the Group Customs policy within the region, ensuring effective integration into Ferrero's operations.
- Lead and manage your assigned team, promoting effective communication and fostering their professional development.
Ideal candidates will hold a university degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting, with a strong technical background in reporting, internal controls, and taxation. Experience in the FMCG or Manufacturing sectors is preferred. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, combined with a proactive and independent approach, are essential for success in this role.
