Your expertise in customs laws and regulations will enable you to evaluate their impact on Ferrero and implement effective solutions to stay ahead of changes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor customs laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions and provide insights into customs implications and opportunities related to projects, investments, and other initiatives.
  • Manage claims related to Group insurance policies and handle litigation concerning damages to minimise costs for the Group.
  • Implement and adhere to the Group Customs policy within the region, ensuring seamless integration into Ferrero's operations.
  • Lead and manage your assigned team, promoting effective communication and fostering their professional development.
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background, including experience in reporting, internal controls, and taxation. A university degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting is preferred, but not a strict requirement. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and computing proficiency are essential. Experience with SAP would be a valuable asset.
