As a Receptionist with OCS Group, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff, providing an excellent first impression.

You will work in a busy and dynamic environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and care amongst clients and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive high-profile visitors and ensure efficient handling to minimize delays

• Maintain a friendly and professional service with a strong emphasis on customer care

• Perform basic administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping

• Provide information to visitors in a concise and friendly manner

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role within a corporate environment

• Professional manner with excellent customer service skills

• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office

• Enthusiasm, flexibility, and team-working skills

• Active listening and empathy

• Clear communication, both verbal and written

• Transparency and accountability

• Hands-on experience with office equipment

• Multi-tasking and time management skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Quick thinking and ability to adapt to changing situations
