Job Title: Senior Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chef to join our team at Château de Mercuès. As a Senior Chef, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs in the preparation and service of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
