Job Title: General Sales Manager

GMA Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead their sales operations and drive business development initiatives for their cutting-edge electrical power solutions.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands market share in the electrical power solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide market insights and sales forecasts to senior leadership
  • Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) and ensure commercial activities are aligned with business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role, ideally within the electrical power solutions or automotive sector
  • Sound electrical engineering knowledge
  • Demonstrated success in managing P&L responsibilities and driving sales growth
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
