We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join our team at SNG Formerly Sovereign Housing Association. As an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering a responsive and proactive service to our residents to tackle all forms of hate crime, nuisance, and anti-social behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage a complex caseload, seeking creative solutions to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
- Contribute to shaping sustainable communities and developing an environment that is safe and inclusive for our customers.
- Fulfill our landlord responsibilities, including adherence to our policies and procedures, as well as all regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partner agencies.
- Prepare cases for legal intervention, working with our legal team to compile the relevant paperwork and attending court as required on behalf of SNG.
- Excellent customer service and people skills.
- The ability to be self-motivated and highly organized.
- Experience of prioritizing and organizing a wide-ranging workload.
- Strong communication skills with previous experience of working with customers in a demanding environment.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office.
- The ability to establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors, and partnering agencies.
- Experience of dealing with challenging behavior and resolving conflict.
- The ability to overcome adversity, problem-solve, and adapt.
- A full UK driving license and access to your own transport.
