About the Role:

The Behaviour Support Worker will work as part of a dedicated team to provide support to students with behavioural needs. The ideal candidate will be able to empower students and promote positive behavioural outcomes.

About the School:

The school supports students who have been excluded from mainstream education, which could be for a variety of reasons, such as behaviour, emotional dysregulation etc. The school therefore emphasises the importance of collaboration between staff, students, parents, and management for success. Their strong pastoral system provides support, guidance, and a secure environment for students to thrive and develop confidence. Staff undergo regular training and updates on behaviour support strategies from various professionals and agencies. Special Educational Needs and Disability strategies are meticulously planned and monitored to ensure optimal outcomes for students. The Behaviour Support Worker will be an integral part of this team, working closely with staff to provide support and guidance to students.
