Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team at Prodrive as a Managing Director. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and overseeing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve company goals
  • Prepare and implement business plans, including cost-effective operations and financial projections
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, staff, customers, and suppliers
  • Oversee financial performance, ensuring alignment with budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Coach and develop the management team, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance and talent development
  • Develop and enhance the company culture, ensuring a positive work environment and a great place to work

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Managing Director in a technical manufacturing business
  • Hands-on experience in developing strategic and business plans
  • In-depth knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
  • Clear understanding of the profit and loss statement (P&L) with a focus on the bottom line
  • Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Problem-solving ability, with the capacity to remain calm and efficient under pressure
