We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Divisional Manager to lead our Education Department, driving the delivery of high-quality education that meets regulatory requirements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a vision for quality education, ensuring alignment with company values and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for education, ensuring alignment with company values and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of experts in education, guiding them to achieve exceptional student outcomes and exceeding employer expectations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative pedagogies, applying this knowledge to enhance our education offering.
  • Represent the company at sector-specific education forums, ensuring an excellent student learning experience and outstanding student outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality education programs, meeting regulatory requirements and employer objectives.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Ofsted's education inspection framework, enabling effective monitoring and evaluation of program performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, building trust with stakeholders and driving collaborative working practices.

Salaries and Benefits:
