The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and leading their team to deliver high-quality early years education and care, managing the day-to-day operation of the setting, and building relationships with parents and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of early years professionals to deliver outstanding education and care
  • Manage the financial sustainability of the setting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare Qualification or equivalent
  • Proven post-qualification experience in working in early education and childcare
  • Sound IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Office programmes, nursery management software, and online portals effectively
