Academic Support Professional for Early Childhood Education

We are seeking an experienced individual to support the learning and development of young children in our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant/Early Years qualification or equivalent, with previous experience working as a Nursery/EYFS Teaching Assistant.
Responsibilities include making a positive impact within the classroom, supporting children's learning and development, encouraging positive behaviour, and providing pastoral support when required.
The successful candidate will also communicate effectively with parents and carers, provide feedback on children's progress, and assist the class teacher with planning and delivery of engaging activities.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of young children and has strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
Job Requirements:- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant/Early Years qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a Nursery/EYFS Teaching Assistant

Estimated Salary: £28,000 per annum
