About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to enhance their wellbeing and promote independent living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to take part in their chosen activities, promoting their independence and active citizenship.
  • Provide personal care, support with household chores, and assist with accessing and engaging in the local community.
  • Work in a one-to-one setting or in group care, supporting individuals with Autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs.
  • Be responsible for supporting individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
