VANRATH are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Northern Ireland. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality Human Resources service to all employees.

The ideal candidate will possess a Human Resources OR CIPD qualification (Level 5 minimum) and have at least 2 years' experience in a generalist HR Officer, Advisor, or similar role. A driving licence is also required for this position.

Your responsibilities will include addressing employee relations issues professionally and promptly, assisting with recruitment, and driving employee engagement and the employee forum. You will also be responsible for ensuring right-to-work compliance, keeping employee records and HR databases up to date, and maintaining accurate recruitment and onboarding records. Additionally, you will manage and support HR projects, prepare HR documents, provide guidance on HR policies and processes, represent the company at career events, serve as a contact for employee inquiries, and support managers with performance, absence, and disciplinary processes.
