Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Solo Search Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our exceptional levels of software quality and deployments are met.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar, with a proven track record of gathering user requirements and developing user stories. They will also possess knowledge of data modelling techniques and the ability to turn complex concepts into simple language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a customer proxy for the development team during the development cycle of specific products and features.
  • Analyse new requirements from clients and translate them into functional specifications for application developers.
  • Evolve user stories through development reviews.
  • Support the Product Manager in aligning core customer requirements with the published product roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
  • Experience of gathering user requirements and developing user stories.
  • Knowledge of data modelling techniques.
  • The ability to turn complex concepts into simple language.
  • Experience of working with technical teams and facilitating client workshops.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the Agile methodology and experience of using JIRA/Trello is an advantage.
