About Our Nursing Home:

Lent Rise House, in Burnham, provides specialist nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia, in a safe and comfortable environment.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team, working hour shifts. Our nursing home has a nursing unit on each of its four wings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the NMC code of practice is upheld at all times
  • Act as a role model for all staff and provide high-quality nursing care
  • Monitor and manage the health and well-being of our residents
  • Be involved in all aspects of nursing care, including personal care
  • Implement, review, and update care plans
  • Manage medication and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • A live NMC Pin Number
  • A passion for providing quality nursing care and leading our team
  • Prior experience in a care or nursing home is desirable
  • Experience in catheterisation, wound care, venepuncture, and PEG feeds
