About Our Home

Lent Rise House, a specialist nursing care home in Burnham, provides a safe and comfortable environment for older adults, including those living with dementia. Our home was designed to deliver high-quality nursing care, with a nursing unit on each of its four wings.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team, working hour shifts and offering the option to work weekends only. As a nurse at Lent Rise House, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the NMC code of practice is upheld at all times

• Act as a role model for all staff and provide high-quality nursing care

• Monitor and manage the health and well-being of our residents

• Be involved in all aspects of nursing care, including personal care

• Implement, review, and update care plans

• Manage medication and administer as required

• Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records

• Ensure residents receive planned or urgent healthcare whenever required

Requirements

• A passion for providing quality nursing care and the ability to lead our team

• A live NMC PIN number

• Clinical knowledge with experience as a Registered Nurse in a care or nursing home

• Experience in catheterisation, wound care, venepuncture, and PEG feeds

• A reliable, trustworthy, and flexible approach to work
