We are recruiting for a Maternity Service Quality Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary governance team.

This role is critical to ensuring the effective implementation of clinical governance across our maternity services.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior obstetric and midwifery teams to drive forward the wider maternity leadership, operational, governance, and strategic agendas.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of principles of safety, quality assurance, and governance frameworks pertinent to maternity services.

A highly developed specialist knowledge, underpinned by theory and experience, is essential for this position.

The salary for this role is £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
