French Speaking Director - Audit and Accounts
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French speaking Director to lead our accounting and auditing services for both English and French speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities- Review and approve accounts and audit reports.
- Provide technical advice to clients and staff on accounting and auditing matters and stay up-to-date with the latest developments and changes.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts and referrals in the French speaking market and identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Lead, coach and mentor staff and provide them with feedback and support for their professional development and career progression.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting and auditing policies, procedures and standards, and ensure they are adhered to.
- Fluency in French is essential.
- Extensive experience in accounting and auditing in a senior or managerial role with exposure to the French speaking market.
- ACCA, ACA, CPA qualified or equivalent.
- Familiarity with the French accounting and auditing standards and regulations.
- Highly professional and ethical, and committed to delivering quality and excellence.
- Flexible and adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Starting salary of £95,000 - £115,000 pa depending on experience and skills.
- Hybrid role with flexible working hours.
- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing with service.
