Behaviour Mentor

Engage Education is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join our team. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children between the ages of 11-16 years, helping them to develop positive behaviour and learning interventions.
Key Responsibilities:- Support a range of vulnerable children in a secondary school setting
- Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour
- Work collaboratively with other support staff to engage pupils in class and minimise disruption
- Provide feedback to teachers and parents on pupil progress
- Be available full-time between 8:30-3:30
- Outgoing and mentoring manner
- Enthusiastic and passionate about helping children reach their full potential
- Ability to form excellent relationships and rapport with pupils
