About the Role
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract working 25 hours per week, with flexibility across 5 days and hybrid working. As HR AND PAYROLL SPECIALIST, you will report directly to the Head of HR and be responsible for delivering an efficient payroll service to the organisation, while also helping to manage the rollout of benefits within the business.

Key responsibilities include processing payroll in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to all relevant legislations, resolving employee payroll queries, preparing monthly and annual reports for management, audits, and legal purposes, and continuously reviewing processes and system functionality to improve efficiency.
