We are seeking a skilled Plumber Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Talent Web Recruitment Services Limited. As a key member of our plumbing services team, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service and technical expertise in the investigation, diagnosis, and repair of both domestic and commercial premises.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out all types of plumbing work, including reactive maintenance such as tap replacements, cistern repairs, stopcock changes, installing cylinders, cold water storage tanks, and showers.
  • Operating in accordance with Health and Safety and Quality procedures.
  • Accurately recording work details via internal and client systems.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
  • Being flexible in working hours, including limited working 'on call' out of hours on a roster.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Experience of power flushing (not essential).
  • Qualifications and certifications in plumbing and leak detection.
