About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Page Group as an Interim Executive Director of Finance and Resources. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the strategic leadership and management of our Not For Profit organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and management for the Accounting & Finance department, driving financial strategies and resource management.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring the financial integrity of the organisation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and seek business solutions.
  • Participate in the development of the organisation's plans and programmes as a strategic partner.
  • Enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to improve overall operation and effectiveness.
  • Work with the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer to ensure the financial integrity of the organisation.
  • Develop and manage direct staff, including managers, supervisors, professionals, and support staff.
  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, the introduction of new programmes, and regulatory action.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Finance Director, ideally from within a not for profit organisation.
  • Previous experience of leading a business through a phase of change and transformation.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Comfortable and confident working with a senior leadership team.
