The role of Sales Manager at Furniture Village is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a strong leader to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Coaching and mentoring sales team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Managing sales performance, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and improve sales team performance
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
