Lead Our Fashion Store Team

As a Store Manager at the British Heart Foundation, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives sales growth in our fashion stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of sales advisors and store assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Maximize sales through effective visual merchandising, stock management, and promotional activities
  • Implement and maintain high retail standards across the store, including visual displays, store appearance, and customer areas
  • Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a positive store environment
  • Collaborate with the store team to identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role in retail, hospitality, or a service industry
  • Commercial awareness and ability to achieve sales targets
  • Committed to achieving the highest retail standards at all times
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
