Store Leadership Position

As a Store Manager at the British Heart Foundation, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives sales growth in our fashion stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a diverse team of sales advisors and store assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Maximize sales through effective visual merchandising, stock management, and promotional activities
- Implement and maintain high retail standards across the store, including visual displays, store appearance, and customer areas
- Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a positive store environment
- Collaborate with the store team to identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
