About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, focusing on their operational and leadership skills.
  • Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service, building brand awareness and driving sales growth.
  • Lead the team in driving trade activity, using expertise and knowledge to maximize profit and grow sales.
  • Develop and implement sustainable solutions to resolve root cause issues, ensuring the store is always trading legally and safely.

  • You are a great communicator, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
  • You are natural and welcoming with customers, putting them at the heart of everything you do.
  • You use your energy and resilience to drive momentum, making decisions based on what is right for customers and colleagues.
  • You have energy and drive to deliver beyond expectation, inspiring confidence in those around you.
  • You are aware of competitors and always looking for ways to build and deliver new initiatives to improve the store for customers.
