Night Shift Food Production Operative Position

We are currently seeking a Night Shift Food Production Operative to join our team at Travail Employment Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to food production, including repackaging dried herbs, lentils, and spices into supermarket-sized packaging and large food sacks for supply to food manufacturing companies.

In addition to these tasks, the candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, packing and palletising stock, heavy lifting, and printing labels.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Lifting weights of up to 20kg
  • Operating hopper machines, with full training provided
  • Reading, writing, and understanding English
  • Maintaining general housekeeping duties
  • Ensuring adherence to food safety regulations

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated Salary: £51 per hour + £20 per week attendance bonus paid
