About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Trainer to join our team at Waythrough. As a Horticultural Trainer, you will play a vital role in assisting with the supervision and training of individuals with mental health issues, contributing to the development of our services, and promoting an environment of service user involvement and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the supervision and training of individuals with mental health issues
- Contribute to the development of our services
- Promote an environment of service user involvement and recovery
- Provide horticultural advice and maintain plant stock in good condition
- Assess risk and participate in team evaluations and reviews
Requirements
- Proven ability to motivate and train others
- Good time management skills
- Creative and practical approach to problem-solving
- Initiative and enthusiasm for work
- Commitment to working with people with mental health problems
