Job Title: Parts Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to join our team at East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust. As a key member of our Fleet and Logistics Unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective supply of vehicle parts to our mechanics, minimizing downtime and ensuring our operational vehicles are always ready to respond to emergencies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and delivery of vehicle parts and consumables to Ambulance stations across Lincolnshire.
  • Coordinate with our Fleet mechanics to ensure minimum downtime of operational vehicles.
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the department, including picking orders, replenishing van and warehouse stock, and processing invoices using current fleet and Logistics software systems.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a small, busy team.
  • Relatable experience in logistics, supply chain management, or inventory control.
