About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Castle Employment. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, audit, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
The successful Financial Controller will lead the finance function, developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Preparing and presenting financial reports to the board of directors.
  2. Managing the accounting records, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  3. Developing and maintaining budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  4. Providing financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACCA/CIMA/ACA) and have significant experience in financial management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.
