We are seeking a highly skilled Scandinavian Groupage Operator to join our dynamic team at LV Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling daily airfreight tasks, including the raising of quotations, issuance of shipping documentation, processing customs clearances, and invoicing clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating groupage loads to maximise revenue and reduce costs
  • Negotiating rates with hauliers and arranging collections to meet sailing deadlines
  • Providing competitive quotations in a timely manner
  • Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements
  • Creating export and import declarations where appropriate
