Job Title: Liquidity Regulatory Reporting Manager

Eames Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Liquidity Regulatory Reporting Manager to join their team in London. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in prudential regulatory reporting and a strong understanding of liquidity regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the production of prudential and statistical regulatory returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Manage a team of 3 Liquidity Controllers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of reporting tasks.
  • Consolidate existing reporting processes, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure effective reviews and challenge.
  • Develop internal communication of regulatory ratios and summaries of key submissions, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Work with the Deputy Head of Regulatory Reporting to address ad hoc requests from regulators, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Regulatory Policy and Planning Manager to ensure accurate delivery of new regulatory returns and reports, involving relevant staff as necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reporting requirements, regulatory changes, and developments, ensuring the team's expertise is current.
  • Contribute to year-end processes, including managing delivery of Pillar 3 disclosures and key metric disclosures in Interim and Annual Financial Statements.
  • Prepare key explanatory communications and reconciliations for senior management, liaising with the Investor Relations team to address prudential regulatory queries from investors and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Prudential regulatory reporting experience and detailed knowledge of prudential liquidity regulations.
  • Proven experience from the Banking industry.
  • Experience of managing a small team.
  • Qualified Accountant (highly preferred).
  • Experience of BOE Statistical returns (highly preferred).
  • Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 Degree).
