Job Summary:

Eames Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Liquidity Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of prudential and statistical regulatory returns, managing a team of Liquidity Controllers, and consolidating existing reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Reporting: Ensure the accurate and timely submission of prudential and statistical regulatory returns, including PRA110, LCR, COREP, and Bank of England statistical returns.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of 3 Liquidity Controllers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of regulatory reporting tasks.
  • Process Consolidation: Consolidate existing reporting processes, including liaison with key stakeholders such as Finance, Risk, and Treasury, to ensure appropriate reviews and sufficient challenge.
  • Communication: Develop internal communication of regulatory ratios and summaries of key submissions to ensure stakeholders are informed.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Work with the Deputy Head of Regulatory Reporting to deal with ad hoc requests from regulators in a timely and effective manner.
  • Policy and Planning: Collaborate with the Regulatory Policy and Planning Manager to ensure accurate delivery of new regulatory returns and reports, involving relevant staff as necessary.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reporting requirements, regulatory changes, and developments.
  • Year-End Processes: Input into year-end processes, including managing delivery of Pillar 3 disclosures and key metric disclosures in Interim and Annual Financial Statements.
  • Communication and Liaison: Prepare key explanatory communications and reconciliations for senior management and liaise with the Investor Relations team in dealing with prudential regulatory queries from investors and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Regulatory Reporting Experience: Prudential regulatory reporting experience and detailed knowledge of prudential Liquidity regulations are essential.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience from the Banking industry is essential.
  • Team Management: Experience of managing a small team is essential.
  • Qualifications: A qualified Accountant is highly preferred, as is experience of BOE Statistical returns.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel Skills and a strong academic background (minimum 2:1 Degree) are required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for regular interaction with key stakeholders across Finance, Risk & Treasury.
