Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd, working on top-class multi-million pound projects in London and the home counties.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance of construction projects.
• Develop and implement effective quantity surveying strategies to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and report on any deviations from the original plan.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Chartered status (MRICS) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
