We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant - Zero Hours to join our Defence sector team. This is a permanent casual position, contracted to 0 hours per week.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer care and maintaining high standards of quality work. In return, you will have opportunities for career progression with a company that invests in its people and celebrates individuality.

This role requires the ability to work across multiple service areas, including food delivery, cafes, bars, convenience shops, and accommodation. Your duties will include serving customers, basic food preparation, cleaning, and ensuring customer areas are ready for service. You will also be responsible for stocking food and beverage areas and completing regular tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer care. If you are committed to providing high levels of customer service and have the ability to work unsupervised, we want to hear from you.
