We are recruiting a Help Desk Professional to join our team at MHA, a leading firm of Chartered Accountants with over 1800 employees across the UK. This role is based in Preston and will cover the North West region.

The estimated salary for this position is around £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. Must be a car driver as you will be expected to travel between sites on occasion – travel compensated at £0.45p per mile.

This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer-facing environment, strong analytical and diagnostic skills, and be skilled in the creation and delivery of customer-focused presentations and communications.

A good general knowledge of end-user technologies, e.g. PC's, Audio Visual, Mobile Phones, Telephone systems, is essential for success in this role.
